Cashless Admission Process

Simple four-step process — our insurance desk handles everything on your behalf

Carry Your Insurance Card

Bring your health insurance card, policy document and a valid photo ID at the time of admission or consultation.

Pre-Authorisation

Our insurance desk submits a pre-authorisation request to your insurer on your behalf — usually approved within 2–4 hours.

Treatment Begins

Once approved, proceed with your child's treatment without any upfront payment for covered expenses.

Smooth Discharge

Settle only the non-payable or excess amount at discharge. We submit the final claim directly to your insurer.

📄 Documents Required

Original health insurance card (or e-card on phone)
Photo ID of insured member (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport)
Policy document or digital policy copy
Doctor's referral letter (if required by policy)
Previous medical records related to the current condition
Birth certificate of patient child (for paediatric claims)
